Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all work Top Trimmers (Pty) Ltd ("Top Trimmers", "we") does for you. By accepting a quote, you agree to them. They don't take away any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

Quotes

• Quotes are free, and you're under no obligation to accept one.
• We price from photos of the job or a look at it. WhatsApp photos to 071 623 4949 for the quickest quote.
• Prices on this website are a guide. Your price is the one in your quote.
• Garden services start from R200 for a small garden, R300 for a medium one and R500 for a large one, subject to inspection and a possible initial clean-up fee.
• Stumps have no set price. We quote each one after seeing it.

Paying

You can pay by EFT or cash. Top Trimmers isn't VAT registered, so there's no VAT on our quotes or invoices.

Taking waste away

Taking garden waste or rubble away costs R450 per load on our large trailer, unless your quote already includes it.

Booking and timing

We work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and we don't take emergency or storm call-outs. For tree work, we can't promise how long the job will take on the day: it depends on the tree's size, where it stands and what's around it.

Trees and City permission

Some trees need permission from the City of Cape Town before they can be cut. Our guide explains what permission you need to cut down a tree.

If something isn't right

Tell us. In Tylor's words, "we are happy to come back and evaluate and correct whatever needs fixing."

Law and questions

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa. If you have a question about them, email info@toptrimmers.co.za or call 071 623 4949.
